It was a real honour to be asked to investigate such a historical site with great significance to the UK's history. Being allowed free to roam the castle Ralph quite literally walked in Royal footsteps.

A real honour was bestowed on Ralph, allowed to roam free and into areas of unspoken truths. The first place Ralph walked into he explained "I am told of a death and coffin within these rooms and I've to respect the man". Ralph was then led to two empty rooms, where he explained the use for each. As a prisoner in one room whom he called the 'Major' and the other for the coffin of royalty.
Details given out were confirmed by the guides and historians following. Information was passed out to those present in fact it was noted Ralph's persona change in each room.
mayors approval and James visits
The Carlisle Mayor Mrs Jacquelyne Gedde joined the group where Ralph immediately met with a spirit man who thought they were all peasants. He looked down on everyone, those he believed were below and Ralph described the man in front of him and his personality. "Funny thing I want to mention James the First, but it can not be can it?", to which they reply was "you've just described him and why he was here!". To which Ralph pointed out he'd asked James to lower the rooms temperature in one area, to command the spot went down 7 degrees. Ralph asked for him to lower it by 2 more and it duly did, holding it for the whole of that session.
Ralph proceeded to "Mary's place and I'm grateful for your company, she's saying" as they stood in one main room. "So where's the body or something in the wall?" asked Ralph and it was then explained that only just recently was a body found in the wall as workmen started repairs. After the silence and disbelief as this was not common knowledge Ralph allowed Queen Mary to play with the room's noises and information was again forth comming..
the cellars and the men
The cellars revealed more than anyone was expecting names were given out and many vocal words were heard by all in these rooms. Ralph explained how he could feel "Packed in to the rooms like animals", to be informed indeed 341 men stood in the small space, some dying where they stood. They were going to trial to be hung, drawn and quartered. "The terror and feelings are firmly place in these walls, never to leave" explained Ralph.
For the group Ralph swung from spirit within the castle to members in the audience passing out information to help, shock or wake up those listening. In all the night recorded some interesting and unusual facts required to verify the findings of those 40 spirits residing in the castle. Some poor but some of the most important people of our heritage still trying to leave their lives the same.
