"Steeped in history"
The shame about a beautiful island with pink sands is its troubled history. Setting foot on a mystical island ralph felt its pain.
A famous British death, still walking the island
A British Empire and still a British Premier stand by a church to greet you, though most have missed him. Ralph picked up on him straight away as a man trying to get home, though not now as he'd made bermuda his home. The gentleman who spoke good Queens english asked to say hello as he was working there and visited before he passed in tragic circumstances. "A rather grand affair of a funeral, with a white carriage and horses with a band playing. The sight of a military guard standing watching him pass by had caught his heart even in death" explained Ralph. For it was true the very church Ralph was brought to in this colorful land was indeed the area of a great funeral.
On to an main road in the town and a runaway horse and carriage ended the life of a very well to do woman, not to say the feeling Ralph perceived of a massive boat crashing into the dock side. For it also seemed as though a small uprising was ended rather abruptly in one manor now on the front street of 'Hamilton' the capital. As for the pirates, well, Ralph couldn't pick up on the blaggards just yet....
The Fort and its rich wealth
On to the St Catherine Fort and a sudden change in the look of the island. The feelings of unrest and skull duggery where abound. The men where up to their version of no good, even in the British Army... Here we hear "a voice out in the darkness of the Fort singing a song, though to you and I it may sound like a high pitch whistle" Ralph says with a smile on his face. "this is followed by the all to familiar sound of a gun loading...." and as if on time a click could be heard which stopped Ralph in his tracks.
Ralph then proceeded to read one of the guests whom he said "I see a coat of arms across your fire, a private curved beach, not used much and with a direct path to your front door. There seems to be a father figure calling you 'R' and a wealth of no bounds. This beach has romantic memories for him as He can see it out of the big bay window to the home. The house is still styled in the old style as though you've not moved the house on. It seems as though you enjoy a drink or two there and you're at this time on your own." To everyone's amazement Ralph continued a talk and gave the man a good talking too, all done in a ight heartfelt way but to the point. The man agreed with Ralph and explained "Everything you've just described is true, even the coat of arms. The 'R' you refer to is the Family name which is indeed above the fireplace in the old home. The wealth is our bank and the man my father was direct and to the point. 'A note here; Both Ralph and the man found it interesting he should appear here - later it was revealed his father used to bring guests here'
The Pirates are working with us
The next area held a black beard man and an english treasure that came here first. Shocked and bemused the small crowd heard Ralph discuss an unknown fact that a sum of money had stopped here before being taken north. "This would be looked upon as Spanish gold belonging to the English, from a vast collection of ships stolen by an english naval officer. He was said to be in charge of it before fleeing to bury it on an island.....I feel like it's near Canada but not. In fact it's a small island like this one. This man feels like he became a pirate of sorts himself." Ralph paused and said "got it!". "This is two separate man one is 'Black Beard' the other a red coated english man of very high regard on the run, with a huge treasure" Silence in the room.
The treasure box carried gold but was guarded by a rather spiteful ghost called 'Thomas'. Though not directly connected to the box 'Thomas' was attached to it as it reminded him of his younger days. Around the village many famous homes existed with all forms writers, poets and lords visiting. Most of whom Ralph managed to feel the presence of.
